I have a 2007 Nissan Frontier LE 4.0 V6 155,600 miles on it. I went to a Dr appt shut the engine off, came out and tried to restart it and had no power, no lights, and in a short while later I was able to start it had to reset the clock, drove home, and now it won't start, help me please, the battery is less than a yr old.

You may have a loose connection. Check the battery terminals and also make sure the cables connecting to the battery terminals are tight and do not have rust.
