I need help trying to diagnose my mother's 2007 Toyota Avalon brake problems. The main problem is that it builds brake pressure just fine when pumping the brakes when it's not running. But the minute I start it up it loses all brake pressure and the brake pedal goes to the floor. I've checked the Brake Master Cylinder for any leaks but I haven't found any, and the brake fluid level hasn't changed since it's been parked. I'm new to this kind of thing and help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

That's the classic sign of a bad brake booster. Have that checked first
