Hello Scotty,
Huge fan, watch your vlog daily! I have learned so much, including how important it is to change your transmission fluid every 40-50k miles, depending on what vehicle. I have a 2007 VW Passat manual transmission with 157,000 miles. I have never changed the transmission fluid because a service advisor once told me that it was a sealed transmission and didn't require changing. I don't know what to do because I heard in one of your vlogs that if you never changed your fluid and you have high mileage, it may be worse to change the fluid. Please advise, thanks!

Have a sample taken and tested to see the condition of the fluid. You can proceed from there.
