Hello Scotty, recently new to you and appreciate your vast knowledge of cars. I have a 2008 dodge caliber set 2.0, 150,000 purchased 2nd hand. When I got the car it had throttle body symbol on dash. Replaced throttle body, when I was replacing there was alot of liquid sitting on the bottom. Replacing the part helped as it had no power. I also noticed a dark fluid like substance on the air cleaner. I changed that as well. I am still having idling issues and have noticed that the air filter is filthy once again. I have replace the intake manifold runner position sensor and purchased a cam shift sensor as these codes were coming up. I also reset ECM the way you showed. Puzzled by the air filter. Any advice, thanks

Replace the air filter and the MAF sensor.

Aside from your issue, do clean and tighten the ground wire(s) under the hood.

Those cars are notorious for electrical gremlins.
