Hey Scotty, i have a 2009 honda civic automatic with 107,000 miles and i notice after the car sits for 8+ hours when the engine is cold, it takes longer to start then usual (double the amount of time on a regular start). I replaced spark plugs, and air filter as well.
Things I would check:
1. Battery - Is it putting out the right voltage?
2. Fuel Filter - Is it clogged?
3. Spark Plugs - Do they have any carbon build up?
I would also clean the MAF sensor and throttle body really good. You'll probably find that a normal tune up takes care of it.
