Hello,
I drive a 2011 Honda CR-V EX-L 4WD with 125,000km. I live in Newfoundland Canada where winters can be a bit harsh (the 4wd has helped me out quite a bit). On the highway after passing about 85km/h I can feel a slight vibration. It's most noticeable in the 90's but smooths out very slightly once reaching or exceeding 100km/h (but it is still present). The drive shaft connecting the transmission to the rear wheels was replaced about a year or so ago.
Thanks!
First thing to check is the wheel balance. Then inspect suspension/drivetrain components. Remember the rear diff should have clean Honda fluid.

Thanks for the feedback! At its last service (July 13th) the car had its transmission fluid changed, engine oil changed, wheels balanced and aligned. I had made a mental note to replace the rear diff fluid at its next service which is scheduled to be soon. I also meant to add that I've heard some creaking and I think a little bit of knocking from the front right suspension unit. The creaking is prevalent when a passenger is present or when I go over some sort of bump/oscillation the induces more significant suspension travel, and I can hear knocking when going over small quick bumps (with and without passengers).
