2011 Toyota Corolla Serpentine Belt Noise

My name is Taylor, I'm a loyal fan and have been watching your videos for many years now.

I have a 2011 Corolla S with 194k and recently had the serpentine belt replaced again, along with a new ac compressor. Now just about every time I start the engine, especially in the morning or after the car has been sitting for a few hours, the serpentine belt will squeal for a few seconds. This happened when I had the belt replaced before back around 100k, had it tightened, and it would only slightly squeal for like a half-second if it was cold or really humid out, moving forward.

After doing some research from forums and a YouTube video - a trick to help the squealing stop... put the key in the ignition, turn to ACC mode, let the car 'beep' 2-3 times and then turn the engine on. It won't squeal. I'm assuming it has something to do with the alternator sending the power to the battery quickly. I've gotten it checked again and was told it was common for these Corolla's and that the belt tension was good (still have the original tensioner). Have you experienced this? Should I be worried about the belt potentially slipping?

Here's the link to the YouTube video that helped me out and explained it further- https://youtu.be/HRrVMtyIqIY&source=gmail&ust=1604774375803000&usg=AFQjCNGHhfjG7Gyt9pRLZLAS50WN_g49p Q"> https://youtu.be/HRrVMtyIqIY

Check the belt visually. They should have grooves and if they grooves are gone, the belt can make noise and it is time to change it. If you spray water on the belt and it stops the noise, you know that it is time to change the belt.

This is so odd and yes the trick did work for me at 125k. eventually I did replace the starter and the car seems to start much faster minus any noise from starter or belts.
