Hey Scotty,

I have a 2013 Ford Explorer 3.5L v6 with 107K miles. I continue to have the dreaded P0430 code. I've gotten both cats replaced last year as I heard the honeycomb breaking rattling. Code came up mechanic told me that my o2 sensors weren't ready yet. Summer came and codes were still there. I've changed all 6 spark plugs. Reset code came back on a few days later. Changed all 4 sensors. Code came back. Replaced intake manifold gasket and throttle body gasket. Code still comes back up. Any thoughts on what to do next?

Have you seen this?

Interesting I'm going to have to take off the intake manifold cover again to inspect for cracks. I haven't lost any coolant though but worth another look once the weather gets better. Thanks for the suggestion

You're welcome. Try spraying some starter fluid around to see if the idle changes like the guy briefly mentions towards the end of the video. Good luck.
