2013 VW Passat SE 2.5L
Hello, my name is Sam, and as my question says, my car will do its best to crank up, but the engine won't turn over. So far, I have tested all of the fuses in the fuse panels to the left of the steering wheel and under the hood (all work), tried changing out the smaller relays under the steering wheel (where I think the fuel pump relay should be), replacing the fuel pump (I have good fuel pressure), and changed the crankshaft sensor under the car (since I am not getting any RPMs when I crank it). I am no mechanic by any means, but usually, if I can see how to replace something on YouTube, I can do it. Everything I have tried so far has come from YouTube suggestions from searching, "Car will crank, but won't start," or something similar to that. Right now I am at a loss for what to try next, and want to see if anyone has any other suggestions. Thanks in advance. The link is a short video of what my car is doing.

but have you watched SCOTTY's videos??
If you go to the FAQ page, and click on car won't start, there's a collection of Scotty's videos about what to do.
One thing you didn't mention is verifying the ignition system. So pull out one spark plug at a time and make sure it's firing. There should be a video on that.
Don't just replace parts unless you've verified that it's broken. You'll waste your money and fix nothing.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll check the ignition system next.
Alright, so I checked to see if I was getting any spark to the spark plugs by grounding one old and new plug from one of the ignition coils to the battery, and it seems that I'm not getting any spark. I've been watching some of Scotty's videos, along with some others, but I can't figure out what to check for spark. Scotty mentions checking the distributor in one video, but I can't find anything about a distributor on this particular vehicle. I'm once again at a loss.
you don't have a distributor. You ignition is controlled by the engine computer.
remove each plug one at a time, plug it, lay it down where you can see it from the drivers seat on a grounded part of the car or use a jumper wire. Unplug the EFI fuse, and crank the starter. Watch the plug for sparks.
Alright, I'll try that out tomorrow, since it's getting dark. Thanks for the help thus far.
So I have looked at multiple sites for fuse box diagrams, and I can't find anything explicitly marked as EFI or Electronic Fuel Injection in the fuse legends. I did find two fuse descriptions that could be it, but I'm not sure.
1) Gas injection valve 1-N366-, Gas injection valve 2 -N367-, Gas injection valve 3 -N368-, Gas injection valve 4 -N369-
2) Electronic ignition lock -D9-
I don't know VW's. In that case you can just physically unplug the injectors.
