Hi sir Scotty. I have a 2017 Civic Hatchback Sport Turbo with the CVT. I have 62k miles and change my oil every 5k-5.5k miles. I like to have fun and drive it in “Manual” mode and rev it up to around 4.5-5k rpm sometimes since I can’t get an actual sports car. I make sure to let the car cool down before turning it off if I’ve push the car hard. Is this okay to do? I’ve heard about the oil dilution problem with the turbo engines on the civics and I was wondering if changing the oil frequently was the best way to prevent oil dilution with the civic turbo engines.

I don't think it is a good idea to push that car (CVT transmission is weak) and your car has turbo, so normal driving will stress your engine much more than naturally aspirated ones. All in all, you chose a wrong car to drive hard, and I believe if you continue doing it, you will have to pay a lot for fixing if not ditching the car. One question: Why did not you buy a standard Civic?
More hoon, more wear. Simple.
Don't push a CVT. And definitely do not stomp on it from a complete stop.
