The Tacoma and 4Runner are trucks that have solid rear axles, meaning the driveshaft moves up and down with the axle. This requires a slip joint on the driveshaft so the shaft can effectively change length as the rear axle moves. That's a typical lubrication point to prevent the shaft from binding up.
On the other hand, the RAV4 is car-based and has independent rear suspension - with 4WD/AWD the rear differential is fixed in place so the driveshaft doesn't move up and down, and doesn't need to change length. So you really can't compare it directly to the Tacoma or 4Runner.
they probably still have u-joints which may require greasing. Unless Toyota uses sealed joints. I'm not super familiar with them.
I was wondering if Toyota had grease fittings on the OEM u-joints but thought that was pretty much a thing of the past. However a picture of replacement Tacoma u-joint on this page clearly shows a grease fitting:
Photos I've been able to find of the RAV4 universal joints do not show a grease fitting.
