Hi Uncle Scotty and big shout out to you! Thank you for what you do. I recently purchased a used 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium with 120,000 miles on it with what only seems to be a little cosmetic damage, fortunately for me. I immediately got an oil change when I bought it and checked the tire pressure. It sounds and runs great so far and I really want to keep it that way. My questions are: would you recommend me service the transmission since I have no record of its last flush and what regular maintenance, besides standard oil changes, would you recommend to make it last over 200,000 miles? Thank you so much for what you do.

Change the trans filter and fluid now.  Take all recommended maintenance items and divide by two.  Example; If they say to change the oil and filter at 10K miles, change them a 5K miles instead.

BTW, never, never, never FLUSH the transmission oil or the engine oil.

It’s best to do a fluid exchange, which basically means to change the fluid.

A FLUSH can potentially ruin the engine.

this is a bit confusing. Often the machines used to perform what most people call a "flush" is actually called a fluid exchange machine. Also, for many modern cars, this machine is the only way to change the fluid. Especially Fords (which this is)

1. Follow all factory maintenance recommendations.

2. 1 year/5k miles for oil change intervals

3. Use full synthetic oils and good quality fuel

That's about it really.
