I’ve done quite a bit to the truck already like replacing the breaks, rotors, and bled the breaks. Fixed a Pulley problem, minor lights and covers, replaced the fan clutch, battery and battery pan, and other smaller things. It has around 88,000 miles and is a rebuild title but seems to have no problems at all that I can tell. I’d just like to know if there were any quality of life improvement I could do just for the sake of the truck?

Are you getting any codes on the engine? If there is no issues present, then you are fine. Don't drive like a maniac or else you'll wear everything out that you replaced. Read the owner's manual on what needs to be replaced at what mileage.
