My car, a 2011 Chrysler 200 2.4L with 109,807 miles, clunks and jerks the entire car when shifting into and out of gear. It also makes a sort of grinding noise when shifting into reverse or drive from park and neutral. The car shifts perfectly smooth when driving down the road. Is the transmission about to crap out on me, or does it just need to be serviced?

All I can just about guarantee you it's ready to crap out I would sell that thing as fast as I could because those are one of the junkiest cars ever made by Fiat Chrysler
