Hey, Scotty. I have a question for you
Why AWD Variant of Toyota Camry A25A-FKS 2.5L I4 DOHC Dual VVT-i 8-speed Transmission is have a bigger Engine Oil Capacity, compared to the FWD Variant with the same Engine (A25A-FKS 2.5L I4 DOHC Dual VVT-i) and same Transmission (8-speed Transmission)?
Thank You

because AWD vehicles have front driveshafts and axles. Usually these exist in the vicinity of the engine oil pan. AWD vehicles will often have a different shape oil pan (apparently larger in the Camry's case) to accommodate the driveline. I've even seen axles that go through the oil pan. (crazy right?)
