Hey there been watching for a while, I have a 2006 Scion xB with 182,000 miles on it and
I recently did CV Axles on it. And after that I kept having braking issues I’ve turned rotors replaced pads and bought new rotors and the problem persists with the front left driver side pulsing and feeling warped. My mechanic seems to think it could be caliper or the abs sensor is bad on that side but I have no lights on in the dash. Any ideas?

Make sure that the lug nuts are installed with the correct torque and in the correct sequence. Doing this wrong can warp even new rotors.
These are a 4 lug pattern I’ve been putting them on in a cross pattern

The ABS speed sensors might be damaged. Your mechanic can check their readings.
