Don't you have a spare key?
No
No
Then you'll most likely need a locksmith to retrieve it, and make you a new one, too.
This is why you should always have a spare key. The only way to get in with minimal damage is to jimmy the door open. A lock smith can help you with that. A towing company can too, but they won't be as ginger about it.
maybe you can reach in with a coat hanger from the bottom or the grille idk. Other than that it’s either locksmith time or learn to pick a lock, though from my knowledge of watching LockPickingLawyer on YouTube, car locks are much different and harder to pick than a house or padlock
Let this be a lesson learned, always roll your window down when working on a car. That way you can reach in if you ever lock yourself out
AAA and other organizations do lock outs you can also buy the stuff yourself

Yes, I once had the release break on a Corolla I had a few years back.
I called up a friend who owns a shop, and it took us quite a bit of work to actuate the hood release from underneath the car.
You want to actuate the part that moves by wire with your hand instead.
Also, honestly, you can just get an inflatable bag ("air wedge" / "wind bag") and a wire - and just open your car's door.
just note that if you're not careful with it you can bend the door frame and it can let water inside.
Or perhaps, you can call a roadside service that opens doors for people who locked their keys inside of cars.
After you recover your key, make copies, loosing the only key to a car is horrible.
