My 2008 Honda Fit has 93k miles but it won't start again right away after running for approximately 40 minutes and stopping; you have to wait around 20 minutes before it can start again. Try putting the throttle at wide open when you start the car if it cranks but doesn't start. Your car is pretty old, with not too many miles on it, which means it probably sits a lot. Fuel injectors could be leaky, and you holding the throttle wide open tells the ECU to not let more fuel into the engine. If it starts, run some fuel injector cleaner through the engine. Scotty recommends ATS 505 fuel injector cleaner.

Update I had the can scanned the code is P2185 ECT Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage
