It's not clear why you've changed components of the fuel delivery system. Assuming you're not getting gas at the fuel rail is not the same as testing whether you're getting fuel there. Helpful troubleshooting suggestions regarding this topic are in the FAQs

If you changed the parts yourself, did you prime the fuel line after replacing the fuel pump?  I'm thinking there is air between the fuel pump and the injectors that needs to be purged before fuel can reach the fuel rail.  I phrased the question the way I did because a professional would have purged the air as standard practice after changing a fuel pump.

Does it start with starting fluid?

Did you do any diagnosing before you concluded the fuel pump is bad? Was your check engine light on at any point, for example? Did you use OEM fuel pump? There's a Schrader valve on the fuel rail. Plug into that with a gauge. When it's cranking, it should read around 60 PSI. Move the key to "On" without starting it like 6-8 times, waiting a few seconds for the fuel pump to prime before turning it off again, then attempt to start it.
