Check Engine Light Dealer unable to fix

I have a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500, 4x4. LT, 4 door. 107,000 miles, v8 5.3. The check engine light came on so took it to my local garage. They changed 1 of the 4 oxygen sensors. A few days latter it came on again so took it back. They cleaned a few more things and said if that didn't work would swap the O2 sensors. Check Engine light turned on again so I took it to the local Chevy dealer. They cleaned the mass air sensor and said it could be bad fuel? It came on again 2 days later.  I'm not sure what to do next so I cleaned my k&n conical cold air filter that has been on this truck for 3 years and never caused a check engine. I have also unplugged my Performance chip that I have been using for about a year. I guess I need to take it back to the Chev dealer to clear the code and see if that was the problem, or can I clear the Check engine code myself? The Check Engine light has never started Flashing. Don't know why the Chevy dealer can't figure it out?

Do you know what the code is? Aren't you the least bit curious what the code might be? It's trying to tell you what is wrong with the truck.

Don't know why the Chevy dealer can't figure it out?

because they probably gave your truck to some incompetent high school dropout who was hoping to land a cushy job at a dealership. They keep him as long as he keeps selling services and useless O2 sensors to customers.

What are the codes? What do fuel trims look like? I'm sure the "performance chip" didn't do any good for that truck's complex electrical system. (Hopefully it did not do any damage.) Put the stock air cleaner back on as well, get everything back to stock condition so there is a reasonable baseline for diagnosis.

You can't count on the dealer doing a proper diagnosis which involves not only reading codes but recording and analyzing live data and testing computer modules, sensors, and other components. (If you search the board you will find many tales of dealer incompetence.) If your regular mechanic is not able to do the job you need to find one who can.
