How do I fix misfiring

it backfires worse in reverse than in drive. We put all new exhaust from manifold back, not manifold itself. Put new fuel filter all oxygen censers, crankshaft censer, knock censer, mass airflow censer, EGR valve new plugs and adjusted the timing. It still backfires. Any suggestions?

What do codes and live data reveal?

po300 p1345 multiple cylinder misfire/ camshaft to crankshaft position correlation fault.

You probably have a misaligned distributor.

 

 

I would pull it out and check the gear too

Throwing parts at the problem rarely solves the problem.  Identify the problem first as @chucktobias has indicated so you don't spend hundreds of dollars and countless hours replacing perfectly good parts.
