06 Nissan Armada 170K miles,original owner,passenger side cat has been replaced at 150K and secondary cleaned.
No engine fault codes.
170K oil test showed 12 for chrome ,highlighted by testing facility-all else good.
Should I be worried?

It could be an aluminum engine block with stainless steel linings in the cylinder walls. I can't think of any other possibilities that might involve stainless steel, it's too expensive to make an engine out of without costing a fortune. If that's the case, it's just normal wear, I would think.
It indicates possible piston ring or valve wear. However you need to interpret that in relation to other metals found and need more than one test to see a pattern.
