Circuit Breaker for Loss of Power (not fuse, not relay) for Power Outlets, 2004 Chrysler Town and Country Limited

The location of the circuit breaker (aluminum box with plug-in tabs on one end) is not mentioned in my repair manuals. There is one from Mopar TechAuthority for $88, but the repair manual may not have inclusive information. I have a Haynes repair manual and will buy the Chilton's next. The problem is common - loss of power to all power outlets - but the online answers are probably not correct because, before checking for a short in the wiring, the $5 circuit breaker (if that is the correct circuit breaker) should considered for replacement. The circuit breaker is probably the one sold at auto repair stores, but I cannot find the circuit breaker on the 2004 Town and Country. The circuit breaker is supposed to automatically reset but could also fail and bazaarly arc inside with electricity. Thank you for your advice.

I suspect that Chrysler uses those TIPM things. That means you need to replace the whole unit.

I will trace the wires back to hopefully the circuit breaker, which takes a lot of time. The Chilton repair manual was not more informative than the Haynes repair manual. A loose connection for a circuit breaker is also a huge problem. I will shop for a professional repair manual but did want to try to research a few brand names for repair manuals. Thank you for your advice.

Hope this might help.  NHTSA id #09v0460000 recall regarding fuse and circuit breaker problems.
