Should I replace my control arm

Hi Scotty,

 

I have a 2007 Honda Pilot with 153,000 miles.  I noticed my front control bushings are cracked.  Is it better to replace the whole control arm or can I replace just the cracked bushings?  Is this something that needs to be replaced right away or can it wait?  Any other things to look at replacing at the same time?
