Dash lights flashing intermittently

2012 Subaru Outback lights flash, usually after cornering or on accelerating from a stop..  The AT Temp light,, Traction Control light and the anti-lock brake system light all start flashing.  After a while the transmission light goes off on its own, or I can clear it.  The code always says "coolant temp low".

The other two clear only after sitting for a while, or overnight!  What is going on and how can I fix it.  This is a CVT transmission, 2.5L, about 125k miles.

Subaru took $140 only to find nothing.  Our mechanic believes it is a Trans control module, two others think it is an intermittent break in the cable from the wheel hub.  It did start after mech.  did some brake or bearing work on drivers front.

For the temperature issue, change the thermostat. For the abs and traction light, change the speed sensor on the side that the work had been done.
