they banned me cause they were in a bad mood and they thought I was a breakin and enterin' or a scammer that wannted free tech support..
I can understand why they might think that. Hey ... how do we know you're not breakin and enterin'?
cause it' lockdown where i am. everyone's home..., the door is handle is detached from BOTH sides

i have a deadbolt that does that (binds), have to lift up on the door to release it
fixed.
