Engine for consistent high speed

Scotty:

I travel a daily commute of 120 miles for work and find myself moving at a rate of 85-90 mph constant.
I need a car that will reliably and comfortably operate at this range of speed, without issue, until I reach 150k miles. Knowing this, what car would you personally recommend buying to meet these driving habits?

Currently, I own a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, no turbo, with 36k miles. Will this car hold up to my speeds?

If you do decide to do an engine swap in future, consider this one -

It sure as long as you change the oil regularly and maintain it

Many modern engines can run at that speed. The wife's 2015 Camry with the 4-cylinder runs it just fine. You should be good as long as you keep up on maintenance.

I agree with the comments above;  the only thing I would add is I would be more concerned with the transmission holding up (assuming you have CVT and not manual).  If you want to maintain the powertrain warranty , that means you can’t change the transmission fluid until 100,000 miles but I completely disagree with that (those CVTs are weaker transmissions to begin with and should be changed every 30,000 miles to last as long as possible).
