Hi,
I have 2001 Mitsubishi Lancer 1.8L Auto with 233k kms. The fuel gauge does not drop to zero when the key is taken out...Wonder if this is standard in my old car or is there a problem? If a problem how to fix it? I do not remember if this was same before. I was having poor acceleration issues ( change spark plugs/ cleaned throttle body valve+mass air flow sensor) Planning to replace the fuel filter (bit afraid of fuel leaking -but hope I can replace this)...Pls help...
