I have an automatic 2007 Toyota Camry xle v6 with 182,000 miles
I got my car diagnosed and they said that my headgasket is seeping coolant and mixing with the oil and that I have an internal coolant leak with coolant coming from the exhaust. In this situation do you think it’s a good idea to try steel seal? Or what do you think I should do?

You should use the search function, this kind of question has been discussed to death here. The short answer is no, it's not a good idea unless the only other choice for the car is to scrap it.
Those "sealers" are at best temporary bandaids that might not work at all and might plug up your cooling system. They are for cars that are on their last legs with 3 wheels in the junkyard and the 4th on an oil slick.
Or what do you think I should do?
If you intend on keeping the car as long as possible do a proper head gasket repair job.
Normally I would say, a V6 Camry is a great car worth holding onto . Fix the head gasket.
But in this case , it's a 2007 which is a bad oil burner. The worst year for complaints.
Head gaskets sealer sometimes works, for a little while. Sometimes it also clogs everything up and makes it worse. It depends on the severity of the gasket damage. It's your call.
Those sealers contain sodium silicate, and as soon as spark plug ignites the fuel, it instantly solidifies onto whatever surface it was on after ignition. If it's noticeable when the engine is warmed up and a warm day, forget about it. Those repair kits are meant for hairline cracks, not pieces missing from the gasket. If there's noticeable coolant mixing with oil, I would say it's too far gone.
If yours isn't an oil burner as was noted above, just replace the head gasket and keep up with your coolant changes. Coolant eventually becomes acidic and if you don't drain and replace it regularly, and its acidity increases on a hot engine -bad news for a head gasket.
