You wanting like a rock crawler or like a prerunner style? Either way the d21 isn't really known for either but the 4 cylinder ones with the k20 in them are pretty bulletproof so you could beat the crap out of them. Problem with these is they don't come with locking hubs so your 4wd is only really 2wd just 1 wheel in the front and 1 wheel in the back. Anyways... I'd look for a late 80s early 90s as I think those were the most reliable

He's talking about the nissan pickup. The patrol was never available in the states at all unfortunately.
