How to maintain a 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix with 53,000 miles.

Hello everyone,

I have a 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix one owner vehicle original miles. I have replaced the spark plugs/wires and the water pump. The breaks were done 20k miles ago, along with tires being somewhat new. The transmission slips a little but not anything rough. The engine also shakes a little while idling, I am not sure if its the ignition coils that are going bad. Again it is not a noticeable shake. When the weather was below freezing there would also be a chirping at the start up, but would soon go away. I was driving today through heavy rain and the chirping noise happened for only a couple seconds after driving through this puddle. 3.1L engine. Any advice for those who are familiar with taking care of older cars.

Thank You.

well I change all the fan belts and I would look at all the rubber parts brake hoses radiator hoses anything rubber for cracking and replacing if they're starting to leak fluids it's low mileage but that's a really old car and all the rubber stuff will rot
