You have 2 fuses and an ASD relay which could cause NO SPARK. Double check them.

Then, start with checking the Power and Ground Switching Signal at the ignition coil.

Here's the way that Ram is wired.

The ignition coil gets its Power from the ASD relay.

It gets its Ground Switching Signal from the ECM.

Also, during your troubleshooting, when you check for Spark you want to check at the ignition coil.

So when checking for Battery Power to the coil connector just keep in mind that it gets its power from an ASD relay. It does just what it says. Automatic Shutdown. The computer uses the voltage signal from the Crankshaft Position Sensor to tell it that the engine is turning.

When it knows that the engine is running or the starter is turning the engine it energizes the ASD relay. If the engine isn't turning then the ASD relay's coil won't be energized and the relay won't provide power to the ignition coil. ((So test while cranking the engine))

I found a step by step tutorial on how to check for Power and the Ground Signal at the ignition coil on your Ram.

Here's the link

So like I said, check for spark at the ignition coil. If you have spark there then the problem is with the distributor. (Pop the cap and make sure the rotor is turning as you crank the engine).

If you don't have spark at the coil, then the tests on the website I've linked will establish which is missing. Either Power or the Ground Signal at the coil or both.

Let us know what you find out
