My 2006 Hyundai Sonata LX (3.3L @ 137k miles) just spit out P0546.
I replaced the fuel cap and erased the code, but it came back after 1 month.
I noticed that when the gas tank is full, I can smell some fuel vapor for a few days until the tank is 1/4 empty (3/4 full).
No big deal, but was wondering from your experience if it's ok to just let it be.
Don't really want to spend money on having a garage troubleshoot/fix the car since my town doesn't require emissions testing and the car runs fine.
Please advice.

It will run fine forever with this code and will not cause other issues.
If its not the gas cap its likely the vapor canister or solenoid.
