Not a good first car. If one major component fails that'll be the end of it. The cost to repair will be more than it's worth.  Stick to jelly bean cars like Corolla/Camry/Civic.

When you say this is your first car, are you going to be daily driving it to school?

This is basically a truck it would be harder to drive and its 23 years old and $6600, so you might have to put some money into it.

The seller's description is very vague just features so if you are remotely interested you want to get more info, plus I doubt half the features he say still work at this age (like ABS, traction control...)

I mean this is a car you DEFINITELY want a mechanic to check it out. You don't know what could be wrong with it. It might also be a hidden gem but for a first car I doubt this will fit you function wise.

Another question to be asked, how many years do you want it to last? For 2 maybe even strecthed to 3 years it might be decent enough but anything more it could fall apart because of age.

If you have to get a Lexus SUV, I'd put my money into a V6 RX that is at least 1 or 2 generations newer.

I also forgot to mention what maintenance and repair nightmares those V8s are. You would most likely put so much money into it after a while that it won't even be worth keeping on the road.

If I were you, I'd look newer.

Honestly if I get a 90s car for a first car it will be a Camry I wouldn't pay much and parts are cheap etc. but the Lexus V8 that costs $6600 is asking to drain your wallet.

I wanted a car that I could drive junior and senior year high school and next 4 years of college. So I wanna have the vehicle for like 6 or 7 years.

23+7=30
I can guarantee you will not be driving around in a V8 Lexus that is 30 years old in College without taking a seperate loan for the Lexus.
Repairs will be thousands and thousands.

I honestly would stick to the RAV4 or if your looking at Lexus I'd only consider the RX330/RX350
