mazda cx-5 2020

Hello, my Mazda during a cold spell registered a code po126 , the engine light came on. i checked it with a scanner but i erased the code which i shouldn't. But i have noticed that the car after driving for more than half an hour not getting to operating temp stays at 50 Celsius. Took it to the dealer they of course found nothing wrong after they had it running at idle inside the bay. Bought this car new 4 years ago it always got to higher operating temp  thanks

The most common cause of P0126 is a thermostat stuck open, but it can also be a faulty temperature sensor, low coolant, or other problems. Is the heater working properly?

Note the following in the first link below: "In the case of Mazda, there are some known TSBs and the fix is to reprogram the PCM because this code is triggered due to a "glitch" in the PCM's programming."

Thanks for the info, the car does heat, but i always found the Mazda took longer to heat than my past Kia

read the possible solutions here:

also I would read your warranty booklet carefully. Powertrain is 5 years I think, and emissions equipment is even longer than that.
