We’ve got some names in another thread with the title “Mechanic Referrals”, but that thread is closed. Any recommendations for good diagnostic mechanics in these cities:
Tucson
Albuquerque
San Antonio
Las Vegas
Reno
Salt Lake City
Denver
Colorado Springs
LA?
I skipped Houston, Dallas, and Phoenix because all of those cities are covered in the older thread, though if you have other recommendations in those cities, please add them to this thread.
Thanks in advance.

Bump, any recommendations for mechanics in Tucson, Albuquerque, San Antonio, Reno, Salt Lake City, Denver, Colorado Springs, San Diego, or anywhere else can go below to add to the FAQ mechanic referals.
Other major regions/cities that could help that haven't been done yet include the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, or NYC.
Any bad experiences are also appreciated as the mod who compiles has included those as well.
Here are the places that have been done: https://carkiller.com/scottykilmer/qa/mechanics/
I don't see Phoenix in the older thread... could you link the thread you're referring to?
The post you mention already has Vegas and LA
Great. Now let's add San Diego (if it isn't already there).
I checked the FAQ thread but it doesn't have one listed for Phoenix. And the most recent thread on this topic was from 2 years ago. Im guessing the community has grown since then and am hoping to find a good honest mechanic in Phoenix. Of course I'll ask around as I meet people. If anyone here could refer a good mechanic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Los Angeles
I’d like to add this one tkk on the list. They specialize in BMW and Mercedes. The owner likes to deal with 10 billion customers at the same time. When you go, you’ll see what I mean. I don’t know how he does it, but he does it. Good work at a fair price.
