Mixing fuel treatments - Overdosing the fuel system? Any chemists out there 🙂

Inherited a Buick with the all-cast iron 3800 Series III engine.  It sat a lot and averaged less than 100 miles a month (mostly <1/2-mile trips) for many years. Under 24k miles.

The car was getting 14 MPG with this type of driving.

First tank (total volume 17.5 gallons) I put Techron fuel system cleaner and Lucas Upper Cylinder Lube and Injector Cleaner as a super dose.  The car had old gas in it.  My driving was 80% freeway and I'd try to make my trips long (mini Italian tune-ups).  22 MPG.

Second tank another 350+ miles, I put Berryman's B-12.  25+ MPG at around 80% freeway again.

So, for the fourth tank, I'd like to use another cleaner because I already got it after a shipping delay prompted me to put the Berryman's in... Hot Shot's Gasoline Extreme.  It doesn't have PEA (Costco gas has PEA and I used the Techron already), but I'm a little worried about overdosing the fuel system.

I think the car is getting a good combined MPG now, but it did sit for a long time hardly used 16 years of build up.  I am likely selling this car as it doesn't fit any of my family's practical needs (not enough room taking the kids and their mother plus luggage to the airport 90 miles away multiple times a year).  I would like to give the next buyer as ecologically-friendly and economical of a car as possible.

Any practical experiences out there to share?

Should I just hold onto the Gasoline Extreme for the next used car I get???
