so here's what happened. i own a 2016 honda civic coupe with 92,000 miles. I was out cleaning my car as usual. I had the lights inside my car on since it was vacuuming and it was nighttime. I want to say I had the lights on for around an hour. well I packed my cleaning supplies and was ready to head out. I tried to turn on my car, and it would keep cranking but it wouldn't start. 1st try was 3 seconds, then in my second attempt, it took around 5 seconds before the car started like normal. i drove home, waited a few minutes, and tried again and it started like normal. and then the day after it started like normal agian. so I wanna say i may have drained the battery a bit thus why it was struggling at first. but is there maybe a underlying cause to why this happened? is it a subtle problem with the spark plugs, fuel system, or electric. The only thing i can think of, which may not be related. i left my windows down by accident and a storm got my car soaked from the inside. besides it getting wet, when i initially started it, it would accelerate on its own and would idle little high when in park. after i dried out the inside with a wet vacuum. i let it dry for a few days and after that the car started like normal. Sorry for the long question but can someone help me pls

yup that's all it is.
Make sure you turn off the lights when you're working on the car. The battery might be getting weak if it's old.
Get it load tested (along with alternator) for free at Autozone.
If you’re still on the original 6 yr old battery, definitely have it load tested since it’s probably due for replacement.
If only the seats got soaked, you should be okay. Have you checked the cabin fuse box for corrosion?
