I have a 05 Toyota Corolla with 163,476 miles. Recently, I noticed that when making a full stop the car begins to shake uncontrollably but it goes away as soon as I press on the gas. No check engine light or any lights are on. I Recently got my breaks changed, along with an oil change. I'm at a loss here and hoping it's not a major issue.

Check for vacuum leaks.
Has it been scanned for codes? Having no check engine light is not an indicator of no diagnostic codes being present. You might want to check for vacuum leaks since unless they've been replaced all your rubber vacuum lines are 17 years old. What kind of shape are your engine and transmission mounts in? (Normally bad mounts would not cause an uncontrollable shaking but if the engine is running rough it would feel worse.)
