Hey Scotty I recently bought a 194k MI 2014 camry se and was wanting to know what maintenance I should do to make it last as long as possible. Not sure how well the pervious owners took care of it but the interior is almost like new (couple of burn holes in the front seats and a tear on the arm rest) and the only mechanical problem I can see is this a slight hesitation when shifting. Was also wondering if I should drain some of the transmission fluid or if that would make the shifting hesitation worse.
You could sign up with the toyota website and register your car by the vin#. Then you can see any maintenance that were done to it through a toyota dealership.
If you pulled a carfax, you may see where the car was worked on, and they may can give you the maintenance records, and hopefully something shows some transmission service.
When you register the car with Toyota, you will find out if there are any safety recalls on it. There are 3 that might apply https://www.cars.com/research/toyota-camry-2014/recalls/
You also might want to check to see if any of these problems are appearing in your Camry

If your Camry is a 4 cylinder, you have the U760E transmission. These transmissions had a defect with the torque converter. Toyota offered software updates and extended warranty coverage, but these have expired. Try checking with Toyota to see if your car got the update or a replacement torque converter or transmission. The hesitation in shifting is a common symptom of a transmission starting to go out. Find a reputable transmission specialist and have them check it out. From personal experience, unfortunately, expect to pay 5k if you need a new transmission. Good luck.
Unless you have some kind of records on when the fluid was changed. If you don't know that the fluid was ever changed at all, leave the fluid alone. The rest just changed the oil every 5000 mi of full synthetic oil. Change the corn to every 7 years or 175,000 mi and just generally look at all the rubber to make sure nothing's cracked and leaking
