No power on dash after accident

Hello Scott,

i have a Porsche Cayenne 2014 that was in an accident that caused the airbags to deploy and I was wondering on how to get the dash lights to start. Car won’t start no electrical current going around even when jumping the car. The battery is under the driver seat and I’m trying to get to it also. How do I move the seat to get to the connections to see if it has a pyro fuse?

thank you

Maybe @mod_man has experience with these?

Realizes endless money forces are bad enough if you're not in a wreck you're really going to find a Porsche mechanic on that one and they don't work cheap. I'm assuming you have insurance if you drive a portion you don't have insurance you're insane because when they get in racks generally that totals the car for the money you'd have to put into it if an insurance company is not paying

Just being honest with you, there is so much wiring and electronics in that car that it isn't worth your time to attempt repair. If you had an accident hard enough to deploy the airbags, you definitely have damaged wiring/wiring looms. Chasing them all down, replacing them, reprogramming the car.....that's why insurance companies total them even in small accidents. It is a lot of work and sometimes nearly impossible to get them fixed correctly.

You can remove the entire seat to get at the battery if you feel the need, but just based on my experience it isn't worth your while.
