2008 Honda Civic - correct O2 sensor reading

my current downstream oxygen sensor is 5.7 ohms (200 ohms unit using multimeter)

what is the correct resistance spec for upstream and downstream o2 sensors?

for my 2008 honda civic hybrid cvt 1.3l automatic 190k miles

other notes: i removed downstream oxygen sensor and there is alot of black carbon deposit on it, i left it cleaning on apple cider vinegar today and it already looks cleaner. upstream sensor not too dirty as the downstream sensor.

other notes: i tured on car without o2 sensors and i can hear gas ignition pretty loud, i turned it off quickly, is this normal? can i test drive my car 1 mile without o2 sensors just to see if my car will finally reverse? car idles perfect but DOES NOT GO PAST 3K RPM ON IDLE.

other nothes: i dont have obd scanner but planning to buy the BLUE DRIVER scanner to scan codes. exhaust does not seem to burn any oil, no serious black carbon deposit at all?

other notes: i did use 7 bottles of seafoam, i only used 1 bottle per gas tank full. this was done driving the last 1,000 miles. could this be part of my issue, perhaps all the carbon deposit  streamed down to the downstream sensor?

other notes: i just bought this vehicle not long ago, so iam making sure everything is up to date, your advice is really appreciated thank you

other notes: i checked resistance for ignition coils: they are good. fuel injectors resistance are also good. just installed new spark plugs to be sure. gap .045(oem recoomends .043)

so could it be my fuel pump? clogged catalyc converter? after cleaning my map sensor, and put it back i got the blinking green light on D. car dies when given gas on reverse or on D. new engine oil : 3.4l exactly transmission fluid : 3.2 exactly. new oem filter. my issue happened early in the morning when turning on car. i hope is not my engine or transmission 🙁 i cant afford expensive repairs right now.

could be a whole bunch of things but getting home specs means nothing oxygen sensors have to be bi-directionally tested and you have to have a freeze-frame of soloscope and a lot of knowledge of reading waveform data. Perhaps find a guy like me in your neighborhood can analyze it after a road test and look at the live and mode six data
