Poor start / fuel issues?

I have been having ongoing starting issues for a few months now. Sometimes the truck starts just fine and revs up to a good 1500rpm upon crank before settling down. Other times it barely makes 500rpm before either dying or trying to run with a very rough idle, it will usually die when I put it in gear at this point unless I restart the engine. I have no issues when actually driving.

What I have replaced so far: Fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, battery, starter motor, ignition cylinder, ignition switch & harness, and checked fuses.
I know the battery and starter were bad, had those checked at AutoZone. The ignition was prompted after I had a no crank situation that left me stranded (now resolved). The fuel pump, filter, and pressure regulator were replaced after the truck read 30psi of fuel pressure when the pump was primed. I have not checked it after replacing these (it's my understanding the psi is read upstream from the injectors).

Still no luck at this point. The truck still acts starved for fuel upon start up, and seems to be getting worse with time. I am thinking injectors maybe? I don't know what else is involved in the fuel system unless it's not even that and I am chasing ghosts.

Pretty lost at this point and sick of throwing parts and money at it. Any ideas would help.

Truck is a 99 silverado 1500 with 137k, original engine.

Those are known for fuel injectors going bad at that age. I would definitely check them but you change the fuel pump. I would pressure test the fuel pump often if you don't use OEM but cheap Chinese fuel pumps. They never work right
