Probably no fuse?

i have a 2007 dodge Dakota and I try to crank it but it doesn’t start. It gives me a message of “no fuses”. The research I have done said it could be an IOD fuse but I’m not sure. Could you please help me?

Fuse #6 (20 amp) is the Ignition Off Draw (IOD), cabin compartment node (ccn), radio signal, fuse.

Fuse #14 (20 amp) is the Ignition Off Draw (IOD) #2, fuse.

Check both. Also, make sure there isn't any corrosion in the fuse sockets which the fuses plug into
