If you want to have Scotty look at it, you have to bring the car to his house in Clarksville, TN.  He is not going to go to your location, if that’s what you thought.

.

If we are clear, then see under FAQ as already mentioned for contacting Scotty.

@eyetrain “runs and drives great… might need a tuneup.”

Well if it runs great, why might  it need a tuneup? Perhaps because regular maintenance was not done on this 4.7-liter v8 so it “might” need new iridium spark plugs, valve clearance adjustments, timing belt replacement (recommended at 90k miles for this interference engine), etc which will add quite a bit to the $3,500 asking price unless you are able to do the work yourself.
So many other things to consider with a 22-year-old vehicle. Is there any documented proof of regular 5k oil and filter changes, transmission fluid changes every 30k miles and are the 22-year-old suspension, steering and drivetrain components in good condition? Brake fluid and engine coolant flushed? Don’t let the claim of cold ac blind you to the reality that Toyotas can take a lot of abuse and keep running until the poor maintenance finally catches up to the unsuspecting second owner. Obviously you are planning to have it checked out by a qualified mechanic prior to purchasing. I was just suspicious of the phrase, “it might need a tuneup.” And I assumed that was a statement made by the seller. Good luck. Maybe it’s a sweet ride. 😉
