I drive a 2008 1.4l Toyota Corolla and I don't know why but for some strange reason after I changed my spark plugs (which was my first time doing it but everything went well and the car is running perfectly) my radio now won't turn on. I didn't go near the battery or any electrical stuff, save for removing the connections to the coils. I have a scan tool and there are no tripped codes and everything appears to be running fine.
Any Ideas?

it's probably just coincidence, but it's good practice to disconnect the battery when working on your car.
Have you checked the fuses?
Check the fuse that powers the radio circuit.
