- Hi my friends who are an older couple who took good care of there car. Want to sell me there car its a honda crv 2003 179 000 mile. Automatic. For 5000 $ in good condition well maintained. I have a scion xb 2009 250 000 miles automatic. The question is should i change. A 4 wheel drive will be helpful in my area.

What do you gain from this transaction (apart from 4WD)? Unless you’re planning to flip it?
You're gonna replace something that’s old and high mileage with something that’s even older and high mileage.
Does your current vehicle even need major work/replacing?
