Should I sell my Prius for a nicer, non-hybrid car?

I currently have a 2010 Toyota Prius with 147k miles on it. I've spent the last 6 years with the car in Colorado, so it's gone through a fair number of brutal winters, and recently I've noticed my average MPG starting to dip slightly (I mean its still around 40, but I used to get over 50 regularly). That makes me concerned about the longevity of the battery. It hasn't given me any issues ever with anything, though. I bought this car for $7000 back then, and I could easily sell it for over 11k now bc of gas prices and the used car market. I'm debating selling the Prius and spending a little extra to get a Lexus IS 350c or a high-milage, 2008 IS F, or something else thats similar. I want a more exciting car, but I want to stick with Toyota and I need to occasionally fit 3 people and a couple guitars in it. Would you recommend a lower mileage IS 350c or a higher mileage IS F if I want a fun car, or perhaps a newer but slower (and turbocharged) RC 200t or another car entirely. I was also looking at G37s but I hate Nissans, so meh.

If you keep the Prius, you're looking at approximately $3000 to replace the battery pack.  If it were me, I'd get rid of it and get a nice used Toyota of some kind.  Never deal with these on line dealers or dealers in general.  They will rip you off in one way or another.
