Hello Mr. Kilmer,
Thanks for all the knowledge and guidance first of all. So I have a 2001 Toyota Avalon XLS. It has about 198K miles on it. I believe it's a V6 automatic engine. I changed the oil with regular Orielly 5w 30 conventional engine oil. Took it for a spin and as u mentioned in your video's. I checked under the car to see if it was leaking. It was leaking drops of what I thought was oil so I changed it again this time using Quaker Stake 5w 30 synthetic blend. Took it for a spin again looked under hood again just to realize it was leaking drops of water from a tube under the car. I was going to take it out of town two days later. That day came, I stared it up and it was smoking for a little bit. I couldn't really tell if it was from the engine bay or from the tailpipe since I used a remote start to have it running while I move my other vehicle from in front of it. It looked like it cleared up up a minute or two later but I was in a hurry so I just left it and took a different vehicle. What do you think could be the issue? Thanks in advance.
When ICE vehicles start on cool, humid mornings, transparent white smoke will be emitted from the tail pipe for a short period of time. This is normal. If the smoke is fairly opaque, doesn't dissipate in a few minutes and the idle seems rough, it indicates a blown head gasket.
