Hello Scotty,
I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 4.3L V6 WT Automatic with RWD. About 117k miles. No serious past issues other than having to replace the thermostat about 9 months ago and a bad fuel pump over a year ago. I've replaced the spark plugs and wires, new air filter, cleaned the mass airflow sensor, differential oil swap, coolant flush, tranny flush (at the dealer), (scared to clean and relearn the throttle body).
I have a single chirp/squeak when pressing the gas when I'm going over 25/35 mph. I am not noticing any lag in response or slipping in the transmission. Just the weird noise. Typically happens when I hit the gas quickly to accelerate when the pedal is under pressure if that makes sense. It's not a constant noise, just when I hit the gas pedal just right. Was happening before and after I replaced the fuel pump. Any clues or insight would be much appreciated. Its been happening for a couple years, hasn't gotten any worse or better over time. Really weird. Seems to have started happening out the blue while back. No check engine light.

I would be more afraid of letting a dealer flush the tranny than cleaning the throttle body. It will adjust itself.

check your chassis. engine/tranny mounts. ujoints. spring mounts. exhaust hangers, etc.
